2、Match the timing of fuel pump disassembly and assembly
3、Camshaft disassembly and assembly timing matching
The flywheel housing pointer is aligned with the "0 T" mark on the flywheel;
The timing marks on the intake and exhaust camshafts are aligned with the marks on the intermediate timing gear (II).
Before disassembly, be sure to confirm that the engine is at compression top dead center (CTDC) on cylinder 1. See section 1 for the determination method. Once confirmed, proceed with fuel pump removal.
Before assembly, be sure to confirm that the engine is at compression top dead center (CTDC) on cylinder 1. See section 1 for the determination method. Follow the gear mark and use the locating pin to lock the fuel pump gear timing. This completes the assembly of the fuel pump assembly to the engine.

After the oil pump is assembled, remove the locating pin and install the locating pin sleeve.

Before disassembly, be sure to confirm that the engine is at top dead center on cylinder 1. To determine this, align the flywheel housing pointer with the "0 T" mark on the flywheel. Once confirmed, proceed with camshaft removal.
Before assembly, be sure to confirm that the engine is at top dead center on cylinder 1. To determine this, align the flywheel housing pointer with the "0 T" mark on the flywheel.
Confirm that the locating pin hole on the timing intermediate gear (II) assembled on the cylinder head is aligned with the pin hole on the cylinder head (see the figure below); if not, adjust. As shown in the figure to the right, mesh the "△" marks on the intake and exhaust camshaft timing gears with the "△" marks on the timing intermediate gear (II).
