1.  Basic Structure of the Motor Controller:

The motor controller is a power conversion device that, based on torque, speed, and direction requests sent by the VCU, controls its own inverter circuit to output three-wire AC power to meet the required output, ensuring the motor's response meets the required requirements. It primarily includes a power module, electrolytic capacitor, current sensor, control board, driver board, connecting busbars, and housing.

1- Low-voltage connector port

2- Water outlet

3- Water inlet

4- Positive and negative power supply cables

5- Motor three-phase cables. 4-in-1 controller low voltage signal

2.  Drive motor controller installation and removal method

1 Flip up the cab

2 After the vehicle is powered off, remove the negative terminal of the low-voltage battery

3 Unplug the battery MSD

4 Remove the 4-in-1 controller grounding wire 5 Remove the 4-in-1 controller inlet and outlet pipes and drain the coolant

6 Remove the 4-in-1 controller low-voltage wire harness plug-in

7 Remove the 4-in-1 controller high-voltage wire harness plug-in

8 Remove the controller and the fixing bracket bolts

9 Move the controller out in the direction of the arrow

3.  Common faults of the drive motor system
