Table of contents

1、Shift mechanism failure

         1.1.Troubleshooting direction

         1.2.Fault phenomenon

2、Power take-off failure

         2.1.Troubleshooting direction

         2.2.Fault phenomenon

         2.3.Oil leakage

1、 Shift mechanism failure

Fault phenomenon: Mechanism stuck:

1-3 gear mechanism is mechanism 1,

2-5 gear mechanism is mechanism 2,

4-6 gear mechanism is mechanism 3

When the mechanism is stuck, the instrument will automatically report the mechanism stuck fault

1.1 Troubleshooting direction:

First use the upper computer to determine the position where the mechanism is stuck,

take a photo and keep it, Then check the circuit and the mechanism body

1.2 Fault phenomenon:

The shift sensor is lower than the minimum value or higher than the maximum value

Troubleshooting direction:

If it is lower than the minimum value, it will be open circuit, and if it is higher than the maximum value, it will be short circuit. For this type of fault, the circuit should be checked first.

2、 Power take-off failure

Current fault phenomenon:

The power take-off does not work

2.1 Troubleshooting direction:

If the intake pipe air pressure meets the switch quantity and the motor can idle, it can be basically determined that the power take-off body is damaged. Replace it directly for testing. Pay attention to the status of the power take-off accessories. There are two types: split and integrated.

2.2 Fault phenomenon:

When the power take-off is turned on, the gearbox vent plug leaks oil Troubleshooting direction: Check the power take-off piston seal

2.3 Oil leakage

2.3.1. Front oil seal: Check for oil leakage between the gearbox and the output flange journal.

2.3.2. At the interface between the gearbox and the motor, if there is lubricating oil seeping out, it indicates that the gearbox input shaft oil seal is damaged and should be replaced in time.

2.3.3. Oil filling hole: If the oil filling plug O-ring or sealing gasket is damaged, lubricating oil will seep out of the oil filling port.

2.3.4. Oil drain hole: If the oil drain plug O-ring or sealing gasket is damaged, lubricating oil will seep out of the oil drain port.

2.3.5. At the self-locking hexagonal nut on the flange end face, oil seepage here indicates that the O-ring on the output shaft flange is damaged.
